Shipping and Return Policy
Lectures are distributed via USPS First Class mail within 72 hours of purchase if using the DVD Media option. Otherwise we distribute via digital download and shipping does not apply. DVD Media will be substituted with digital media equivalent or replaced on a case-by-case basis if found to be in defect and unplayable. For digital downloads/streaming, it is our policy to not provide a refund of any kind for purchases made through this website due to the nature of digital downloads. If you believe your situation applies to one of the exceptions above, please contact us. We will investigate each situation on a case by case basis and make the proper determination that is both appropriate and fair. All transactions are final with no returns or exchanges!
